HDB Financial Services allotted Rs 5,445 crore in debentures via private placement

HDB Financial Services Limited announced that its Debenture Allotment Committee has allotted 54,450 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 5,44,50,00,000 on a private placement basis, with the debentures proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
