Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting to Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, following a previous intimation dated August 4, 2026.
