Religare Enterprises allotted shares to Puran Associates, receiving Rs 61.69 crore

Religare Enterprises Limited announced that its Investment, Borrowing & Share Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 35,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 225.00 each to Puran Associates Private Limited, a promoter group entity, pursuant to the conversion of warrants. The allotment involved a receipt of Rs 61,68,75,000, representing 75% of the total consideration for the warrants, increasing the company’s equity share capital from Rs 3,41,23,37,420 to Rs 3,44,73,37,420.
