Grameva Limited appointed SDP & Associates as auditors for five years, members approved

Grameva Limited, formerly known as Bangalore Fort Farms Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and Calcutta Stock Exchange that its members approved the appointment of M/s. SDP & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company at its 59th Annual General Meeting on August 5, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy and for a term of five consecutive years until the conclusion of the 64th Annual General Meeting.
