Krishanveer Forge Limited announced that its board of directors has approved and recommended the appointment of Mr. Ravi Kapoor (DIN: 07291227) and Ms. Vijeta Subhash Kulkarni (DIN: 11841890) as independent directors for a first term of five years, commencing December 01, 2026, and ending November 30, 2031, subject to member approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
