DIC India Limited to convene a board meeting on August 12 to review financial results

DIC India Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026, as stipulated by Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct for insider trading, which closed the trading window for securities from July 01, 2026, and will remain closed for forty-eight hours after the financial results are declared.
