Amanta Healthcare appoints Nilesh Punjabi as Senior Management Personnel, effective August 5, 2026

AMANTA HEALTHCARE LIMITED announced on August 5, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the inclusion of Mr. Nilesh Punjabi, Assistant Vice President (HR & Admin), as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP), as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Punjabi holds an MBA in Human Resource Development from South Gujarat University and a Post Graduate degree in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, and previously served as the Zonal Head of HR at United Breweries Ltd.
