Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to the Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust, will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report, the valuation report as of June 30, 2026, and to consider a distribution to unitholders for the same period.
