Minal Industries Limited appoints Saket Sugandh as Company Secretary, effective August 2026

Minal Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Saket Rajendra Sugandh (Membership No. ACS 34266) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 5, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors, who also designated him as an authorized official for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
