Midwest Energy Limited, formerly known as Midwest Gold Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take on record the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors for the same period. The company has closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced to the stock exchange.
