Vadilal Enterprises schedules AGM for September 8, 2026, appoints auditors and director

Vadilal Enterprises Limited announced that its board of directors approved the agenda for the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 8, 2026, to be held via video conferencing, and set the record date for the meeting as September 1, 2026. The board also appointed M/s. SPAN & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years, and appointed M s. Shaily Dedhia (DIN: 08853685) as an Additional Director of the Company, designated as an Independent Director, effective August 5, 2026.
