Gujarat Winding Systems Limited will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for designated persons was closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared.
