Madhav Infra promoter transfers over 8.6 million shares via gift deed to BSE Limited

Amit Ashok Khurana, a promoter of Madhav Infra Projects Limited, has disclosed plans for an inter-se transfer of 8,688,614 equity shares of the company via a gift deed, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on August 5, 2026. The transfer, which will occur on or after August 12, 2026, represents 3.223% of Madhav Infra Projects Limited's share capital and will not alter the total shareholding of the promoters.
