EPL Limited's Security Committee approved allotment of 16,500 equity shares

EPL Limited announced that its Security Committee has approved the allotment of 16,500 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each, following the exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 64,05,95,318 divided into 32,02,97,659 shares to Rs 64,06,28,318 divided into 32,03,14,159 shares.
