NRB Industrial Bearings Limited announced it has entered into agreements to acquire a 9.08% equity stake in Lok Green Energy India Private Limited, a renewable energy company, for a cash consideration of up to Rs 42,00,000. The acquisition, not considered a related party transaction, is intended to meet the company’s green energy needs, optimize energy costs, and comply with regulatory requirements, with completion expected within 90 days from the execution of the Power Purchase Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement.
