Pune E-Stock Broking appoints Viral Patel as Independent Director, effective pending approval

Pune E-Stock Broking Limited informed the BSE Limited that the board of directors approved the resignation of Mr. Madanlal Shantilal Jain as an Independent Director, effective August 5, 2026, and appointed Mr. Viral Patel as an Additional and Independent Director for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also reconstituted the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee, appointing Mr. Hemant Maniyar as Chairman in place of Mr. Jain.
