India Cements Capital Limited reappointed K. Suresh as ‘Manager’/CEO for a period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, subject to shareholder approval, and reappointed V. Manickam as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, also subject to shareholder approval, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company has also declared a book closure from September 9, 2026, to September 15, 2026, for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 15, 2026.
