Gateway Distriparks declares Rs 1.25 interim dividend, re-appoints directors for five years

Gateway Distriparks Limited announced its board approved un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and declared a First Interim Dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share, with a record date of August 11, 2026, and payment expected on or before September 4, 2026. The board also re-appointed Ms. Vanita Yadav as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective December 27, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Ishaan Gupta as Joint Managing Director for a further period of five years, also effective December 27, 2026.
