Uday Narang to acquire 11.55% stake in Pasupati Fincap, triggering an open offer

Pasupati Fincap Limited announced that Dinesh Pareekh, a promoter seller, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Uday Narang, whereby Mr. Narang will acquire 5,42,925 equity shares, representing 11.55% of the company's voting share capital, triggering an obligation for Mr. Narang to make an open offer to public shareholders in accordance with SEBI regulations; following the transaction, Mr. Narang will acquire control over Pasupati Fincap Limited and be classified as a promoter, while existing promoter directors will resign from the board.
