Sparc Electrex Limited’s board approved member approval and appointed a scrutinizer

Sparc Electrex Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved a notice of postal ballot and calendar of events for member approval, authorizing Shobith Ganesh Hegde and Niki Singh to finalize and dispatch the notice. The board also appointed Pankaj Trivedi & Company as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process and noted the resignation of Sushmita Swarup Lunkad, effective August 5, 2026. Additionally, Sparc Electrex Limited approved the shift of its registered office to B-307, Hind Saurashtra Industrial Estate, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
