Sparc Electrex Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved a postal ballot and calendar of events, appointed M/s Pankaj Trivedi & Company as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, and noted the resignation of Ms. Sushmita Swarup Lunkad, effective August 5, 2026. The company also approved the shift of its registered office within Mumbai to B-307, Hind Saurashtra Industrial Estate, Sir M. V. Road, Nr. Mittal Estate, J B Nagar, Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400059, Maharashtra, India, effective August 5, 2026.
