Eforu Entertainment receives Rs 14.09 crore from share allottees following board approval

Eforu Entertainment Limited, formerly known as Tavernier Resources Limited, announced that its board approved the allotment of 15,48,500 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 91 per share to promoters and non-promoters, following the receipt of Rs 14,09,13,500 from allottees. The allotment is part of a preferential issue approved by shareholders and previously given in-principle approval by the BSE Limited.
