United Cotfab appoints Dipti Shandilya as Company Secretary, effective August 2026

United Cotfab Limited, formerly United cotfab Private Limited, announced the appointment of Ms. Dipti Shandilya as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 5, 2026. The company’s board of directors also authorized Ms. Shandilya and Managing Director Mr. Gagan Mittal to determine the materiality of events or information and make disclosures to the stock exchanges, as per company policy.
