Glottis Limited will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until August 12, 2026.
