Birla Cable Limited shareholders appointed Somesh Laddha as Manager for three years

Birla Cable Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its members approved the appointment of Shri Somesh Laddha as Manager at the company's 34th Annual General Meeting held on August 3, 2026, for a term of three consecutive years with effect from May 22, 2026, to May 21, 2029, along with remuneration.
