ICICI Lombard General Insurance allotted shares under employee stock option schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 154,550 equity shares of Rs 10 each on August 4, 2026, under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme-2005 and ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2023, with 140,126 shares and 14,424 shares respectively, while the Whole-time Director of the company was allotted 20,540 equity shares.
