Persistent Systems' acquisition of Nagarro SE moves forward after shareholder approval

Persistent Systems Limited said shareholders approved the proposed acquisition of Nagarro SE through its subsidiary, Galaxy Germany Holding SE, along with related financing arrangements and a corporate guarantee, at the company’s Annual General Meeting. A formal Offer Document will be published following approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (“Bafin”), launching the acceptance period for Nagarro shareholders.
