A company raised Rs 1000 crore through the issuance of convertible warrants, with Rs 750 crore remaining unutilized as of July 13, 2026, pending warrant conversion. The Rs 250 crore that has been deployed has been invested in short-term, liquid mutual funds, generating a return of approximately 4.61% for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and currently valued at Rs 258.91 crore. Crisil Ratings Limited (CRL) is serving as the Monitoring Agency overseeing fund utilization, noting that no funds have been allocated to a general corporate purpose or the intended infrastructure project.
