Ganesh Consumer Products Limited, formerly known as Ganesh Grains Limited, has informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that August 14, 2026, has been set as the record date to determine the entitlement of its shareholders to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval at the company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
