Vindhya Telelinks shareholders approve director appointments at the August 3 meeting

Vindhya Telelinks Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Shri Pandanda Kariappa Madappa as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term from May 23, 2026, to May 22, 2031, and the re-appointment of Shri Priya Shankar Dasgupta as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term from November 21, 2026, to November 20, 2031, at the company's 43rd Annual General Meeting held on August 3, 2026; the appointments were deemed to have been made under Regulation 25(2A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, despite not receiving the requisite majority of votes.
