NES Data Private Limited to acquire land in Pune for a 60 MW data centre campus

TCC Concept Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, NES Data Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for the acquisition of land at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune, to develop a next-generation data centre campus with a planned IT load capacity of up to 60 MW, subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and regulatory approvals, furthering the company’s medium-term objective of building an aggregate data centre capacity of 100 MW.
