Jindal Photo Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Ltd. that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Manoj Kumar Rastogi as Managing Director for a period of 5 years, effective August 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting; Mr. Rastogi’s existing term expires on August 9, 2026.
