04-Aug-2026, 07:48
A report from CRISIL Ratings Limited, dated August 4, 2026, indicates delays in the utilization of funds raised through an initial public offering as of June 30, 2026. The report, which monitors compliance with the IPO prospectus, reveals that approximately Rs 169.77 million of the planned Rs 177.10 million was deployed for Facility 1, and Rs 118.98 million of the Rs 126.50 million earmarked for Facility 2. Furthermore, only Rs 599.70 million of the planned Rs 909.88 million for general corporate purposes (GCP) has been utilized, with Rs 60.33 million allocated to employee salaries and Rs 5.00 million used for vendor payments funded by a Rs 255.00 million fixed deposit redemption. The delays are primarily attributed to the timing of IPO proceeds and evolving business requirements, though the company states unutilized funds will be deployed in subsequent fiscal years, as outlined in the prospectus. The report includes standard disclaimers regarding accuracy, liability, and investment advice.
