Optiemus Infracom allotted shares worth Rs. 49.62 crore to Non-Promoter allottees

Optiemus Infracom Limited announced that its Preferential Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 7,38,081 equity shares at a price of Rs. 672.25 per share, aggregating to Rs. 49,61,74,952.25, to a group of “Non-Promoter” allottees, including Aaditya Sharma, Anshul Rahul Dalmia, Arunima Mittal, Broklynx LLP, and JM Financial Products Limited, among others. The company’s paid-up equity share capital has subsequently increased to Rs. 89,99,92,000 divided into 8,99,99,200 equity shares.
