Orient Bell Ltd. will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
