Knowledge Marine allotted shares totaling Rs 150 crore to non-promoters, approved by BSE and NSE

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited announced the allotment of 7,64,317 equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each at an issue price of Rs 1,962.53 per share, including a premium of Rs 1,957.53, for a total amount of Rs 1,49,99,95,042.01 to persons belonging to the non-promoter category, following approval from the company's members on July 19, 2026, and in-principle approval from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on July 28, 2026.
