S.P.Apparels Limited to review financials, dividends, and equity share split at board meeting

S.P.Apparels Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, recommend a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, and address alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association and SPAL Employee Stock Option Plan 2024. The board will also consider a sub-division or split of equity shares from a face value of Rs 10 each to Rs 2 each.
