Transworld Shipping Lines Limited, formerly known as Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited, announced it signed a Memorandum of Agreement on August 4, 2026, to sell vessel M.V. SSL Sabarimalai to Avana Logistek Limited for a consideration of US$4,100,000.
