Career Point Edutech Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at its corporate office in Kota, Rajasthan, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take on record the Limited Review Report by the statutory auditor.
