Centrum Capital Limited announced that the term of Mr. Manmohan Shetty as an Independent Director ended on August 4, 2026, and he has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), effective August 5, 2026, following a board resolution passed on July 16, 2026. Mr. Shetty is the founder of Adlabs Films Limited and Adlabs Entertainment Limited, and currently serves as a director of Thrrill Park Limited and Cineport Entertainment Private Limited, among others.
