NBCC to review financial results and potential dividend at August board meeting

NBCC (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider declaring a first interim dividend on the paid-up equity shares for the financial year 2026-27, if any; the company closed its “Trading Window” under NBCC -Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders from July 1, 2026 and it will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
