Jainco Projects schedules a board meeting September 1 to address AGM matters

Jainco Projects (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, at its registered office to consider and approve the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), business to be transacted at the AGM, nominations for the continuation/reappointment/change of the Statutory Auditor, Directors, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and a Director, as well as to approve the voting schedule and appoint a Scrutinizer for the AGM voting.
