Everest Industries shareholders approved Price Waterhouse as auditors for five years

Everest Industries Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the company's statutory auditors for a five-year term, starting from the conclusion of the 93rd Annual General Meeting held on August 3, 2026, until the conclusion of the 98th AGM. The appointment follows the completion of the second term of Everest Industries’ previous statutory auditors, M/s. S R B C & Co. LLP.
