Pilani Investment board meeting rescheduled to August 14th to review quarterly results

Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that the Board of Directors meeting, previously scheduled for August 11, 2026, has been rescheduled to August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window for designated and connected persons remains closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the results, following a closure initiated on July 1, 2026.
