Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at its registered office in Chennai, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
