Rudra Gas Enterprise Limited acquires 71% stake in DS Pipeline Projects for INR 18.38 crore

Rudra Gas Enterprise Limited has acquired approximately 71% of the equity share capital of DS Pipeline Projects Limited (“DSPL”) for a consideration of INR 18,38,28,330, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. The acquisition, completed on August 4, 2026, will allow Rudra Gas Enterprise to further diversify and inorganically expand its existing business operations, and DSPL operates in the gas pipeline sector, focusing on laying of High -Pressure Steel Gas Pipeline in the city area, Medium Density Polyethylene Pipeline and PNG Connections.
