Goodricke Group shareholders appointed M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as auditors for five years

Goodricke Group Limited announced that at its 50th Annual General Meeting held on July 29, 2026, shareholders approved the appointment of M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the AGM until the conclusion of the 55th AGM, replacing M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, whose second term concluded at the same meeting.
