Zenith Healthcare schedules AGM for August 28, 2026, and recommends Raycha’s reappointment

Zenith Healthcare Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and director's report, scheduling the AGM for August 28, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. The company has fixed August 21, 2026, as the record date for the AGM, with the register of members closed from August 22, 2026, to August 28, 2026. Additionally, the board recommended the reappointment of Mr. Mahendra C Raycha as Chairman and Managing Director for a further three-year term, effective July 1, 2026, at a monthly remuneration of Rs 200,000, subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution.
