Williamson Magor & Co. Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, 12th August 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, and the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are submitted to the BSE Ltd., National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.
