Ambassador Intra Holdings to consider annual report, fundraising at August board meeting

Ambassador Intra Holdings Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, fix the date and approve the Notice of the 44th Annual General Meeting, and determine the re-appointment of Mr. Dilipbhai Baldevbhai Patel, and also to consider and evaluate a proposal for raising funds through equity shares and/or other securities.
